To delete your account, you must proceed through identity verification using the following path:

PC: Top right profile → Bottom of menu → My Information → Delete Account

Mobile: Bottom “See More” → Top profile → Bottom → Delete Account

Please make sure to review all important notes and precautions before proceeding with account deletion.

[Important Notes Before Deletion]

1. You will also be withdrawn from all affiliated services available through SOOP Membership (e.g., Sudden Attack, Free Blocks), as well as any game channeling services linked to SOOP Membership.

2. All personal information and usage data will be permanently deleted upon account deletion and cannot be recovered.

3. To prevent abuse through repeated deletion and re-registration, you will not be able to sign up again for 90 days after deletion.

4. The same ID, SNS account, and phone number cannot be reused for 6 months after deletion.

* Deleted accounts cannot be restored, and the re-registration restriction period cannot be shortened.

[Data to Be Deleted]

1. All personal information provided during registration and all service usage data (including your channel, posts, etc.)

2. All remaining cash and items, including Stars, gift certificates, reward points, Ad Balloons, etc.

Personal data will be destroyed immediately in accordance with applicable laws. However, if there is payment history, it will be retained separately for 5 years in compliance with e-commerce regulations.

3. All game-related data (characters, records, paid content, etc.)
