- Emojis can be used on PC Web / Mobile App (iOS, Android), and Mobile Web.

3. How to Use Emojis
STEP 1: Purchase your desired emoji from SOOP OGQ Emojis.
STEP 2: Enter the LIVE stream of the streamer you want to watch, click the emoji button, and use the emoji.

- If you want to view emojis in a smaller size, you can enable the “small view” option in settings.
- Similar to the PC player, in the Android app, tapping an emoji in the chat will display a purchase button, which will take you directly to the purchase page.

4. Notes for Purchasing and Using Emojis

- If you purchase an emoji during a LIVE stream, you must reconnect to the stream to use it.
- Each emoji can be used up to 3 times per minute in LIVE chat.
- Refunds are available within 7 days only for unused emojis via My Page > Purchase History.
