What should I do if the audio and video are out of sync during a broadcast?
Last Updated: 1d
In case of limited system specifications or insufficient resources
If either video or audio is delayed, it is likely due to network or system resource issues. A live cam broadcast is recommended.
For network issues, please check your download/upload speed and ping using an internet speed test site at the time the issue occurs.
For system resources, check whether CPU and RAM usage are excessively high when the issue occurs, and close unnecessary programs before streaming.
Additionally, when streaming in high quality, viewers with lower-end devices may experience sync issues even if there is no problem on the streamer’s side.
If the source file itself is out of sync
For recorded broadcasts, sync issues may occur if some data was not properly transmitted or delayed during recording.
If the original file is already out of sync, the issue will also appear during streaming. Please check the original file first.
If there is a codec issue
Sync problems may occur if there is an issue with the installed codec.
Please remove the existing codec and install a new integrated codec before use.
