1. In case of limited system specifications or insufficient resources
  • If either video or audio is delayed, it is likely due to network or system resource issues. A live cam broadcast is recommended.
  • For network issues, please check your download/upload speed and ping using an internet speed test site at the time the issue occurs.
  • For system resources, check whether CPU and RAM usage are excessively high when the issue occurs, and close unnecessary programs before streaming.
  • Additionally, when streaming in high quality, viewers with lower-end devices may experience sync issues even if there is no problem on the streamer’s side.
  1. If the source file itself is out of sync
  • For recorded broadcasts, sync issues may occur if some data was not properly transmitted or delayed during recording.
  • If the original file is already out of sync, the issue will also appear during streaming. Please check the original file first.
  1. If there is a codec issue
  • Sync problems may occur if there is an issue with the installed codec.
  • Please remove the existing codec and install a new integrated codec before use.
