You can manage the chat through broadcast settings by using features such as Slow Mode and Chat Freeze for both the main stream and relay channels.
[Slow Mode]
- How to set detailed options for Slow Mode
Enter the chat management menu in FreecShot, mobile streaming, external device streaming, or the viewer player - Set the desired time in Slow Mode
Users must wait for the set duration before sending another message
e.g., If set to 5 seconds, users can send the next message 5 seconds after the previous one
※ Streamers and managers can still chat even when Slow Mode is enabled
[Chat Freeze]
- Chat Freeze allows only the streamer, managers, and selected user tiers to chat
Select eligible tiers (Top Fans, Subscribers, Fan Club, Supporters), then enable freeze
When activated, only selected users can participate in chat
To unfreeze, click the unfreeze button or enter the command !unfreeze - Freeze all relay channels at once
By selecting relay channel freeze, all active relay chats will be frozen simultaneously
You can also set eligible chat tiers for relay channels just like the main broadcast - How to set detailed Chat Freeze options
In FreecShot, mobile streaming, or external device streaming, select Chat Freeze
Then configure detailed settings such as Fan Club requirements (e.g., number of Star Balloons or Ad Balloons) to apply the freeze
