You can download VODs such as your own replays, uploaded VODs, and user-generated content like User Clips/Catch.

In addition, not only the streamer but also users who have been granted download permissions by the streamer can download the streamer’s VODs.

Download permissions can be granted via Channel > Channel Management > VOD Permissions.
