Star Balloon Cash Gate is a method of charging Star Balloons using a PIN number printed on a receipt after purchasing at a convenience store POS terminal. It is available at Seven Eleven stores nationwide.

[Cancellation & Refund]

• Once the PIN and password are registered on SOOP after purchase, cancellation is not possible
• If you change your mind before registering the PIN, cancellation is available at the convenience store where the purchase was made
• If you request a refund after registering the PIN, a 10% refund fee will be applied

[Important Notes]

• Star Balloon gift certificates or Cash Gate (prepaid receipts) can only be purchased with cash
• If registration fails more than 5 times, you will not be able to register on the same day, and it will reset at 00:00 the next day
• Gift certificates are activated upon payment at the convenience store. If you attempt to register an inactive certificate, you will see the message “Failed to retrieve gift certificate information”
• The validity period of the gift certificate is 5 years from the date of purchase
