Refunds can be requested for remaining Star Balloons or items if the cancellation period has passed or after partial use.

PC → SOOP website → Log in → Profile (top right) → Star Balloon → Payment History (top right) → Re-enter password → Request Refund

If you are unable to submit a refund request directly, please contact customer support via phone or 1:1 inquiry using the format below:

Refunds are processed twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday), and approved requests are usually completed by 8 PM.

  • If the refund date falls on a public holiday, it may be processed on the next scheduled refund date or adjusted accordingly.

[Important Notes for Refunds]

  • Refunds can only be issued to a bank account under the same name as the account holder
  • A 10% refund fee applies to gift certificate (cash equivalent) refunds to prevent abuse
  • If there are any issues with the refund, we will notify you
  • Please refrain from using or recharging your account before the refund is completed
  • Refund requests suspected of fraudulent payment or cash conversion may be suspended
  • Please do not delete your account until the refund is completed
  • If Star Balloons are used before the refund is processed, only the remaining balance can be refunded
