The cancellation will appear as “Cancellation” or “Reversal” on your credit card statement for this or next month.
Processing is usually completed within 7–10 days from the date SOOP requests the cancellation.

The canceled amount will be reflected in your phone bill for this or next month.

Cancellations are only available on the same day as the payment.
Refunds are processed within 1–3 days to the original bank account.

Cancellations are only available within the same billing month

Cancellations are available within 30 days from the payment date
[KT Phone Bill]

Cancellations are available until the 24th of the following month
After this period, refunds will be processed instead

If a coupon is applied, cancellation is not available and only refunds can be processed
