Users can request missions to streamers along with Star Balloons, or streamers can create missions themselves.
Depending on whether the mission is successfully completed, the streamer can receive the total Star Balloons collected for the mission.

STEP 1 Set up Challenge Missions

  1. Enable Mission Requests
  • You can only receive mission requests from users when this is set to ON.
  • Missions already requested or in progress will continue regardless of ON/OFF status.
  • Even when OFF, streamers can still create missions themselves.
  1. Set Minimum Reward for Mission Requests
  • This sets the minimum number of Star Balloons required for users to request a mission.
  • The default is 1,000. If set to 1,000, users cannot request missions with fewer than 1,000 Star Balloons.
  • Streamers can set this between 100 and 30,000.
  1. Mission Board Source
  • Displays pending and ongoing missions on the broadcast screen.

STEP 2 Manage Challenge Missions

  • Start / Cancel / Manage missions in the mission list tab.
  • Missions are categorized as Pending or Ongoing.
  • Each mission includes: mission details, time limit, collected Star Balloons, and status controls (Start / Cancel / Success / Fail).

Pending Missions

  1. When a user requests a mission or a streamer creates one, it appears as Pending.
  2. Review the mission and collected Star Balloons, then Start or Cancel (X button).
    • Once started, the timer begins immediately.
    • If canceled, all collected Star Balloons are refunded to users (no fees).
    • To prevent abuse, canceled users cannot request missions for 5 minutes. If canceled 5 times within 24 hours, they cannot request missions from any streamer for 24 hours.
    • Missions are automatically canceled after 1 hour, and all Star Balloons are refunded.
    • No penalty applies to users for automatic cancellations.
  3. The nickname shown is the requesting user, and +n indicates additional supporters.
  4. Clicking the user nickname opens their channel; clicking the Star Balloon amount shows the contribution list.

Ongoing Missions

  1. Complete the mission within the time limit.
  2. You can extend the time once per mission.
    • Extension must be less than 10 days and is added to the current limit.
  3. If successful, click “Success.”
    • Collected Star Balloons are awarded to the streamer.
    • Fan rankings update when the streamer receives the Star Balloons.
  4. If failed, click “Fail.”
    • Star Balloons are refunded to users and not counted in fan rankings.

STEP 3 Check Completed Missions

  • Completed missions can be viewed in the History tab.
  • Canceled missions are not recorded.
