Star Balloon payouts can be requested once you have received at least 500 Star Balloons, and can be processed through the following steps:

On PC: Top right profile > Star Balloons > Received Star Balloons > Request Payout

When applying, enter your bank details (Bank / Account Holder / Account Number) and complete verification to submit the payout request.

• If you wish to change your account after registration, you can do so directly in the payout request page.

[Important Notes]

• Payout requests made from Monday to Sunday are processed and deposited by around 8 PM on Thursday of the following week.
• Payouts can only be made to a bank account under the same name as the account holder.
• You must have at least 500 Star Balloons to request a payout. Overseas Star Balloons require a separate payout request.
• If the payout cannot be processed, the reason will be sent via email.
• If the payout date falls on a public holiday, it may be delayed or rescheduled.
