Best Streamers are selected from streamers who actively engage with users through diverse content and their unique style, demonstrating consistent and distinctive streaming activity.

Selections are held once a month, and results are announced on the last business day of each month.
- If not selected, please reapply during the next application period (1st–14th of each month).

[Minimum Requirements]
- At least 500 hours of streaming
- At least 500 followers
- At least 60 streaming days within the last 3 months (Reviewed during the first screening)
- No suspension history within the last 3 months
- Completion of at least 5 SOOP streamer training courses
- Password-protected streams and hidden-list streams are excluded from streaming days.
- Streaming days must include at least 30 LIVE streaming days within the last 3 months.
- If total streaming days are below 60, uploaded VODs can replace up to 30 days (1 VOD = 1 day / no daily upload limit).
- Only VODs that are publicly available for at least 1 minute are counted in the evaluation.
[Selection Criteria]
Streamers with a final score of 75 or higher (based on quantitative evaluation + warning history + bonus points) will be selected (minimum 40, maximum 100).
① If more than 100 applicants score 75 or higher, selection will be based on relative evaluation in the following order:
Average concurrent viewers > Followers > Streaming hours (up to 100 selected)
② If fewer than 40 applicants score 75 or higher, relative evaluation will be applied to select up to 40 streamers.
- Streamers who have been involved in past social controversies or have repeatedly/intentional violations of operational policies may undergo additional review.
