To ensure the security of your transactions, you may need to verify your payment with our Xsolla payment provider, which guarantees a safe and secure payment process for users worldwide. Card verification is a standard procedure designed to enhance payment security.

How the Verification Process Works:

Xsolla will initiate a micro-transaction on your financial account, typically ranging from  ฿7.00  to  ฿33.00 THB. 

What Happens to the Verification Charge:

The amount of the micro-transaction will be automatically refunded to your account within 1-10 business days, regardless of whether you complete the purchase or not.

What Happens If My Payment Method Has Failed Its Verification:

The purchase will be declined, and no charges will be incurred for the attempted transaction. However, please note that transactions might trigger a security alert with your financial institution, and the funds from the purchase could be held in a "pending" state for a few days. Some banks and credit card companies may not distinguish between "pending" and "posted" charges.

These pending security charges are not forwarded to SOOP. Any pending charges will be reversed to your account within 1-10 business days if not already done so.
