Catch is a vertical short-form VOD that allows you to watch content quickly and immersively. It is a short video under 3 minutes, displayed in a 9:16 vertical player.
The name “Catch” reflects the idea of capturing meaningful moments.
- Available from Android version 6.14.3 and iOS version 6.14.2 or higher.
[How to create a Catch]
STEP 1: While watching LIVE or VOD, you can create it using the Clip/Catch button.
STEP 2: When uploading a VOD, it will be automatically uploaded as a Catch if the following conditions are met:
A) The width and height are equal or the height is greater (e.g., 800×800 ~ 800×801)
B) The video length is 3 minutes or less (including condition A)
[How to adjust screen size when creating a Catch]
- Mobile App
- Tap the Catch creation icon in the LIVE/VOD player and select your desired ratio (9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 16:9)
- Adjust the ratio box horizontally to your desired area, then tap “Create Catch” to complete
STEP 1: Select ratio icon at the bottom (9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 16:9)
STEP 2: Go to your channel to check the created Catch

- Click the ratio icon at the bottom (9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 16:9) to preview the selected size
- Adjust the ratio box horizontally, then click “Create Catch” to complete
