For users experiencing this issue, please refer to the solution below.

[Detailed Permission Settings by Browser]
If the issue is not resolved using the method above or the menu is not visible, you can manually grant permissions to the SOOP service through your browser’s settings menu.
1. Chrome
1) Fastest method: Copy and paste chrome://settings/content/loopbackNetwork into the address bar and press Enter.
2) Manual path: [Settings] > [Privacy and Security] > [Site Settings] > [Additional Permissions] > [Apps on your device]
3) In this menu, add the address you were trying to access for streaming (e.g., play.sooplive.com) under [Allowed to access other apps and services on this device].
4) If the address is listed under Blocked or Not allowed, please remove it.
5) After completing the settings, return to the page and refresh (F5).
2. Edge
1) Fastest method: Copy and paste edge://settings/privacy/sitePermissions/allPermissions/loopbackNetwork into the address bar and press Enter.
2) Manual path: [Settings] > [Privacy, Search, and Services] > [Site Permissions] > [All Permissions] > [Apps on your device]
3) In this menu, add the address you were trying to access for streaming (e.g., play.sooplive.com) under [Allowed to access other apps and services on this device].
4) If the address is listed under [Not allowed to access other apps and services on this device], click the [•••] button on the right and select [Remove].
5) After completing the settings, return to the streaming page or refresh (F5).
6) If the permission request pop-up appears again after refreshing, please click [Allow].
※ In Edge, even after adding the address in the settings menu, you may need to allow it once more in the permission request pop-up upon first revisit or refresh.
※ If the permission settings menu is not visible in Edge:
Depending on the version of the Edge browser, it may be difficult to locate the permission settings menu using the methods above.
If the permission pop-up continues to appear and the issue is not resolved, please try the following:
1) Copy and paste edge://flags/#local-network-access-check into the address bar and press Enter.
2) Find the “Local Network Access Checks” option and change the setting on the right to [Enabled].
3) Restart the browser and reconnect to SOOP.
4) When the “Apps on your device” permission pop-up appears, please select [Allow].
We will continue to do our best to provide a better SOOP service.
Thank you.
