We are notifying you of upcoming changes to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for SOOP services, effective July 5, 2024. Below are the main changes:

Main Changes for Terms of Service

Article 3 (Applicability and Amendment): 

  • Modified the prior notification clause related to the amendment of the Terms of Service (3.4).

Article 11 (Changes in Services): 

  • Modified the prior notification clause related to Service Changes (11.1).

Article 9 (Use of Service)

  • Added clauses regarding PC data collection and usage by the Company (9.6, 9.7).

Effective Date of the Amendment:  July 05, 2024

 

Main Changes for Privacy Policy

Article 2 (COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION): 

  • Added cookie collection information (2.2.2).

  • Added information processed while watching live stream content (2.2.8).

Article 8 (RESPONSIBLE PERSONNEL)

  • The privacy officer has changed (8.1).

Article 10 (NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY)

  • Modified the prior notification clause related to the changes to the Privacy Policy (10.1, 10.2).

Article 13 (Additional Policy (Optional)): 

  • Added a clause for consent to the respective platforms for SOOP Studio API integration.

Please note that if you do not raise any objections regarding the amended Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by the effective date, it will be assumed that you agree to these changes.
