How do I set up banned words on SOOP?
Navigate to the Dashboard: Log in to your SOOP account and go to the Dashboard from the main menu.
Access Chat Settings: In the Dashboard, locate and click on the "Chat Settings" option.
Add Banned Words: Click on the "Banned Words" section, enter the words you want to ban in the provided input field, and click the "Add" button or press enter to include these words in the banned list.
How can I remove a banned word?
If you need to remove a word from the banned list, you can do so easily:
Locate the Banned Words: In the "Banned Words" section of Chat Settings, you will see a list of all currently banned words. To search for a specific word, use the search field.
Delete the Banned Word: Locate or search for the banned word you wish to remove and click the "X" button next to that word to delete it from the list.
Is there a limit to the number of words I can ban?
Yes, you can add up to 200 banned words for your channel.
