Summary

  • Purchased content is non-refundable, and any remaining revenue will not be paid out.
  • Deleting your account will permanently remove all content and information associated with it. This includes channels, personal data, activity history, purchase and usage records, and other service histories.
  • You can re-sign up with the same email address 180 days after deletion, but previous data will not be restored.

Payment & Refunds

  • Gems: You must use all of your purchased Gems before deleting the account. 

  • Non-refundable subscriptions: Any subscriptions you have purchased and are currently using will not be refunded upon account deletion.

  • Auto-renewal products: Any automatically renewed items such as monthly subscriptions will be canceled once your account is deleted.

Revenue

  • Remaining revenue: Any remaining revenue will not be paid out after the deletion of your account.

 

Data to be Deleted

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently erased:

  • All channels in your account: Every channel associated with your account will be removed.

  • All personal data: Any personal information stored in your account will be deleted.

  • Channel activities history and data: All records of activities and data related to your channels will be erased.

  • Purchase and usage history: Information about your purchases and usage patterns will be removed.

  • Other service history: Any other service-related data linked to your account will be deleted.

 

Re-joining SOOP 

  • Sign-up restriction: You can sign up using the same email address in 180 days after deleting your previous account.

  • Data restoration: Data from your deleted account will not be restored if you decide to sign up again.
