We are notifying you of upcoming changes to the Terms of Sale for SOOP services, effective August 1, 2024. Below are the main changes:

Main Changes for Terms of Sale

Article 2 Definition:

-       Updated the purchase units for Gems from (10 – 5,000 units) to (25 – 2,500 units). (2.1)

-       Changed the definition from “Digital Currency” to “Digital Content”. (2.1)

-       Changed the “Subscription Ticket(s)” definition. (2.1)

Article 3 Introduction

Article 6 Digital Content

Article 7 Subscription

Article 8 Taxes

-       Changed the definition from “Digital Currency” to “Digital Content”. (3.1, 3.2, 6, 7.1, 8)

Effective Date of the Amendment:  August 1, 2024
