Are you receiving delayed push notifications when you open your app?

If you're using an iPhone or iPad, and experiencing delays in receiving push notifications until you open the app, it could be due to the Background App Refresh settings on your device.

Are you not receiving any push notifications?

If you’ve missed your following streamer’s live stream content, it could be due to the Notification settings on your device.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Scroll down and tap on General.

  3. Tap on Background App Refresh.

  4. Ensure that Background App Refresh is turned on.

  5. Scroll through the list of apps and make sure that SOOP is enabled.

* Note:  If your device is in low power mode, the Background App Refresh settings may automatically be disabled.
