We are notifying you of upcoming changes to the Terms of Sale for SOOP services, effective October 2, 2024. Below are the main changes:

Main Changes for Terms of Sale

Article 2 Definition:

-       Added definition for "Subscription Period" (2.1)

-       Added 90, 180, 365-day Subscription options (2.1)

Article 7 Subscription

-       Excluded grace period for continuous subscriptions (7.2 b)

-       Added clause that the Subscription Ticket is considered immediately used upon purchase (7.2 b)

-       Specified subscription cancellation methods (7.3)

Effective Date of the Amendment:  October 2, 2024.

Please note that if you do not raise any objections regarding amended Terms of Sale by the effective date, it will be assumed that you agree to these changes.
