We are excited to share some updates to our channel subscription offerings and policies, aimed at enhancing flexibility and clarity for our valued users.
1. Removal of Grace Period for Subscriptions
Starting from today, SOOP will no longer offer a grace period for expired subscriptions. This update applies to all current and past purchases. Once your subscription expires, access to subscription-only features will be suspended immediately until the subscription is renewed. You can renew or extend your subscription anytime by purchasing additional plans.
2. Subscription Plans
To meet the diverse needs of our community, SOOP has introduced additional subscription durations. In addition to our current plans, users can now choose from the following options:
90-day subscription
180-day subscription
365-day subscription
These longer-term plans provide uninterrupted access and peace of mind while you enjoy the full range of subscriber benefits. Please note that these plans are single-purchase and do not renew automatically. If you prefer an auto-renewal option, our monthly subscription plan remains available for purchase.
