We are notifying you of upcoming changes to the Terms of Sale for SOOP services, effective October 22, 2024. Below are the main changes:

Main Changes for Terms of Sale

Article 6 Digital Content:

-       Added a 5-year expiration date for Digital Content (6.8)

Article 7 Subscription

-       Modified subscriber benefits (7.1)

-       Updated the clause to include acquisition through gift subscriptions (7.2 b)

-       Added Gift Subscriptions, which users can purchase as gifts (7.6)

Effective Date of the Amendment:  October 22, 2024.
