We are notifying you of upcoming changes to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for SOOP services, effective July 5, 2024. Below are the main changes:

 

Main Changes for Terms of Service

Article 5.1 (Amount Payable): 

  • Specified distribution of subscription revenue per duration.

Article 5.3 (Fraud Prevention and Payment Restrictions): 

  • Added new article to address and prevent fraudulent activities on SOOP, including payment restrictions for such cases.

 

Effective Date of the Amendment: October 31, 2024

Please note that if you do not raise any objections regarding the amended Monetization Agreement by the effective date, it will be assumed that you agree to these changes.
