We are notifying you of upcoming changes to the Monetization Agreement for SOOP services, effective January 13, 2025. Below are the main changes:
Main Changes for Monetization Agreement
Article 1 Eligibility:
- Participating to the Monetization Program now requires agreement to the Streaming Agreement via a prompt provided on the dashboard.
- Clarified the information collected during the Streaming Agreement process.
Article 2 Compliance:
Added instructions for updating application information when necessary.
Article 4 Revenue:
- Adjusted the conditions for accessing monetization tools.
Article 5 Payment:
- Introduced a clause allowing users to request an itemized statement of Program Revenue deductions. (5.1)
- Updated monetization suspension terms and related consequences (5.2)
Monetization tools may be temporarily suspended if users reach $10,000 in Program Revenue but fail to submit the required application and payment request within a 90-day grace period.
Prolonged inaction may result in permanent disabling of monetization tools until all requirements are met.
- Revised fraud prevention policies to include written notification of findings, outlined actions to be taken, and specified users’ rights to appeal such determinations. (5.4)
Effective Date of the Amendment: January 13, 2025

Please note that if you do not raise any objections regarding the amended Monetization Agreement by the effective date, it will be assumed that you agree to these changes.
