Despite these efforts, some live streams and accounts continue to breach our guidelines. In response, we are strengthening our monitoring and enforcement practices.

SOOP is fully committed to protecting our users and community by preventing harmful behavior and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. We take copyright infringement and illegal activities very seriously and are dedicated to preserving the integrity of the SOOP platform. As part of this commitment, we will intensify actions against users engaged in activities that violate local, national, or international copyright laws.

Please note that violations related to copyright infringement or malicious usage of SOOP can lead to account restrictions and legal consequences, including penalties and claims for damages as outlined by applicable laws.

We encourage all users to carefully review the following details regarding the strengthened restrictions and enforcement measures.

[Enforcement Actions]

・Action Taken: Permanent suspension of accounts found in violation of policies as of 2/7.
・Violations:
- Live streaming copyrighted content without authorization (e.g., NBA content)
- Engaging in illegal activities, abnormal use of the service, using bots, etc.

[Strengthened Enforcement Measures]
- Copyright Infringement:
Immediate termination of live streams upon detection, following with the permanent account suspension upon confirmation of a copyright violation.
- Other Malicious Behavior:
Account suspension depending on the severity of the violation, with the possibility of permanent suspension.
