We are notifying you of upcoming changes to the Privacy Policy for SOOP services, effective February 26, 2025. Below are the main changes:

Main Changes for Privacy Policy

Article 7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND WEBSITES:

-       Added provisions related to third-party website and service integration (7.)

-       Specified user consent regarding personal data provision and processing when connecting to third-party services (7.)

-       Included user acknowledgment and consent regarding compliance with third-party service privacy policies and terms (7.1.)

-       Added a limitation of liability clause regarding third-party service data processing incidents (7.3. – 7.4.)

-       Specified the procedures for disconnecting from third-party services (7.5.)

-       Added clause to maintain an updated list of integrated third-party services and notification procedures for any changes to their privacy policies (7.6.)

Effective Date of the Amendment:  February 26, 2025.
