We would like to inform you about the key changes related to the updated FreecShot Plus.
1. Login Process Introduced
When launching FreecShot Plus, login is now required.
This change ensures that if any issues arise during usage,
we can accurately identify and address the cause based on user log data.
For your convenience, a “Keep me logged in” option has been added.
By enabling this option, you can launch FreecShot Plus without entering your ID and password each time.
2. LNB & Slide Menu Structure
After logging into FreecShot Plus, your channel will be automatically added to the Left Navigation Bar (LNB) on the left side.
Clicking on a channel will open a slide menu,
where you can access the same menus you previously used.
Additionally, Scene Source List and Audio Mixer buttons are provided at the bottom of the LNB.
If any blocks are closed, you can reopen them by clicking the respective buttons.
3. Broadcasting Termination Policy Improvement
If a streamer ends the broadcast manually,
or if the broadcast is interrupted unexpectedly due to network instability or external factors,
you can resume the previous broadcast if you restart within 1 minute and 30 seconds.
If the restart exceeds 1 minute and 30 seconds,
the broadcast will be automatically terminated and cannot be resumed.
A separate guidance screen will be displayed to viewers during the broadcast interruption.
