Now you can connect SOOP KR and SOOP Global accounts together.
When you connect two accounts, you can simultaneously stream.

1. If you do not have simultaneous streaming access 

STEP 1. Launch Freecshot Plus and add SOOP KR

  • Left + icon > Select SOOP KR 
  • Setting > Transmit > + icon > Select SOOP KR

STEP 2. Channel addition unavailable Alert 

If you wish to stream simultaneously, please submit your request through the Global SOOP Help Center in the Alert.

2.  If you have simultaneous streaming access

STEP 1  Freechshot Plus Launch (requires restart after updating Freechshot Plus)

  • If you sign in to a channel with account linking access, the account linking pop-up will immediately appear as soon as you launch Freechshot Plus.

STEP 2 Select [Connect SOOP Global] button

STEP 3  Sign-in to SOOP KR

STEP 4 Agree to account link

STEP 5 Linking is complete.

STEP 1  Enter Streaming (requires updating to the latest app version before launch) 

  • If you sign in to a channel with account connection access, the account connection pop-up will appear immediately upon entry.
  • You can also connect by selecting Streaming > Settings > Simulcast.
    *If using a Korean IP, a "connection unavailable" alert will appear, and you must connect via PC

STEP 2 Sign-in to SOOP KR

STEP 2 Agree to account link

STEP 3  Linking is complete.

  • You can link or unlink accounts by selecting the (+) button on the left side of Freechshot Plus, or by going to Settings > Stream Management.

  • The Stream ON/OFF option lets you choose whether to enable simultaneous streaming. (The account link remains even if you change ON/OFF.)

  • When you select the [Unlink] button, a new window will open to the SOOP Global page where you can disconnect the account.

  • When clicking [Account Link Management] button, it will redirect you to the KR account link management page.

  • If your account is linked, the connected KR account will be displayed at the bottom of the Settings > Program Account section.

  • You can also link or unlink accounts from SOOP Global > My Account > Account Link.

  • This UI is only displayed when you access a channel with account connection access.

  • You can link your account in My Account > Account Link, and unlinking is only available from this menu.
