If you encounter abusive or inappropriate chat while watching a stream, you can report it directly by clicking on the user’s nickname or ID.

All submitted reports are reviewed by SOOP moderators. If the chat is deemed inappropriate, actions such as chat restrictions, forced exit, warnings, or account suspension may be applied depending on the severity.

Chat reports can be submitted in both main streams and co-streams. Once reported, the case is delivered to moderators in real time for review and action.

[Criteria for Reporting Inappropriate Chat]

• Harmful content for minors (e.g., sexual, violent, or explicit content)
• Defamation, discrimination, or harassment toward other participants, streamers, or specific groups
• Promotion or encouragement of illegal activities
• Duplicate reports for the same user within the same stream are not supported.
