This feature allows you to set a playback duration and send a video together when gifting Star Balloons to a streamer.
[How to Use Video Balloon]
STEP 1 Enter the video URL (you can paste using Ctrl + C)
STEP 2 Set the start time and playback duration (preview is available based on your input)
STEP 3 Enter the number of Star Balloons to send (depends on streamer settings)
1) If a minimum donation amount is set → you can only send equal to or more than that amount
2) If balloons per second is set → the required amount is calculated based on playback time
* Even if you send more balloons, you cannot exceed the streamer’s maximum playback time setting
STEP 4 Agree to the Video Balloon terms
STEP 5 Send

1) Minimum Star Balloon Requirement
If you send at least the minimum amount set by the streamer, you can freely set the playback time.
2) Balloons per Second
- The streamer can set how many balloons are required per 1 second of playback
- Minimum required balloons = (balloons per second) × 5 seconds
ex) If set to 100 → minimum 500 balloons required
3) Video Library
- Easily select videos through the library
- GIFs: Short, fun videos provided by SOOP
- Popular: Frequently gifted videos
- MY: Videos you previously sent
- AI: Videos generated via SAVYG
[Important Notes]
- Actual playback time may vary depending on the VOD environment
- If you skip preview, the video will play immediately on stream → please review in advance
(Policy violations such as copyright infringement may result in penalties) - The following videos cannot be sent:
1) Common: Videos under 5 seconds or over 100 hours
2) YouTube:
- Age-restricted videos
- Private videos
- Embedding disabled
- Playback unavailable
3) SOOP:
- Age-restricted VOD
- Partially age-restricted VOD
