You can download VODs such as replays of your own streams, uploaded VODs, and user-generated content like clips and Catch.

Additionally, not only streamers but also users who have been granted download permissions by the streamer can download the streamer’s VODs.

Download permissions can be granted via
My Channel > Manage Channel > VOD Permissions.
