If you would like to restore a deleted replay, it can be processed through Help Center.
Please submit an inquiry via Help Center for assistance.
If the request is made by the streamer, we will review whether restoration is possible and provide detailed guidance.
- Replays deleted by the streamer are stored for 30 days for general streamers and 90 days for Best/Partner streamers. Restoration is not possible after this period.
- Replays that have been automatically deleted after the storage period has expired cannot be restored.
