Star Balloons can be purchased on PC, mobile app, and web page.
On PC: Go to the top-right menu > Star Balloons > Select the number of Star Balloons and proceed with the purchase.
On mobile (Android): Go to More (bottom menu) > My Purchases > Buy Star Balloons > Select the quantity and purchase.
However, due to Google policies, Star Balloon purchases are not available on Android devices using the SOOP app version 8.5.4 or higher from the Google Play Store.
You can still purchase Star Balloons via PC or mobile web, or by downloading the app from the One Store or Galaxy Store.

Access SOOP website via browser (Safari, Chrome) (m.sooplive.co.kr) > Tap the menu (three lines) on the left > Log in > Tap the gift box icon at the top right > Charge Star Balloons
Please note that if you access the recharge page without logging in on the web, you may be redirected to the app. Make sure to log in first before accessing the recharge page.
On iOS, it is displayed as “Support Cash” instead of Star Balloons (100 Support Cash = 1 Star Balloon).
