A subscription allows you to support a streamer with a fixed monthly payment every 30 days while receiving subscription benefits.
Streamers can convert subscription revenue into payouts, similar to Star Balloons.

You can choose between Subscription Basic and Subscription Plus.
You can enjoy common subscription benefits as well as exclusive Plus benefits, and the streamer payout ratio is 70%.

[Subscription Pass Types]

Fixed-Term Subscription

  • Available for 1, 3, or 6 months.
  • You can support the streamer and receive benefits during the selected period.
  • If you resubscribe to the same streamer within 14 days after expiration (regardless of payment method), your consecutive subscription months will continue.
  • If canceled or refunded, consecutive months reset, but total accumulated months are retained.

Monthly Auto-renewal Subscription

  • Automatically charged every month.
  • Cannot be purchased using gift certificates or certain quick payment methods.
  • You cannot purchase a fixed-term subscription while using auto-renewal, and vice versa.

For LIVE and VOD

  • Enter the streamer’s LIVE or VOD > Tap the cup icon (with a star) at the bottom of the player > Select the number of months > Subscribe

On Mobile

  • Enter the streamer’s LIVE > Tap the screen > Tap the cup icon > Select months > Subscribe
  • On iOS, additional platform fees may apply, but the streamer receives the same payout amount.
  • For refunds on iOS, please request directly through the App Store.
  • Purchasing on iOS while subscribed via PC/Android will extend the subscription period (and vice versa).
  • Subscriptions via PC/Android become eligible for streamer payout after 30 days.
  • iOS subscriptions are initially recorded as pending payout and become eligible for payout after 90 days.

[Long-term Subscriber Benefits]

  • If you subscribe to a streamer for 6 months or more, credits are automatically accumulated based on consecutive months.
  • If you subscribe for 6 months or more, you can purchase Quick View Plus at a discounted price.
