[Guaranteed Drops]

You can receive guaranteed rewards by meeting the required watch time during a live stream where Guaranteed Drops are enabled.

Your accumulated watch time can be checked under [In Progress].

If multiple streams are registered for a single Drops event, your watch time will be accumulated regardless of which registered stream you watch.
(However, if you access multiple streams at the same time, watch time will only be counted for the first stream you entered.)

Rewards that meet the conditions will be displayed in the [Inventory].
Please note that you must click the [Claim] button to receive the reward.

[Random Drops]

You can receive rewards randomly while watching a live stream where Random Drops are enabled.

For some Random Drops events, duplicate rewards are not allowed.
In such cases, you cannot receive more than one reward per account.

Randomly granted rewards will be displayed in the [Inventory].
Please note that you must click the [Claim] button to receive the reward.

Rewards provided in the form of a code.
You can copy the code from the [Claim] popup and register/use it at the designated location.
